Job Summary & Purpose

FAJ Group of Companies is a fast-growing business in e-commerce, IT solutions, and technical services with offices in Dubai, UAE, and Islamabad, Pakistan. We are known for delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer support. We are expanding our team and looking for a friendly, organized person to join us.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
  • Welcome and greet visitors and students as soon as they arrive at our office/institute.
  • We follow up on leads through social media platforms.
  • Help with the student admission process for FAJ Academy.
  • Direct visitors to the right person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Keep the reception area neat and well-stocked with supplies like pens, forms, and brochures.
  • Provide clear and accurate information in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Check biometric attendance and manage daily mail and deliveries.
  • Follow safety procedures to maintain office security and control access at the reception desk.
  • Order and keep track of front office supplies.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Handle other clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role.
  • A degree (BA, BSc, or equivalent) in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).
  • Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage your time well.
  • Basic conversational English skills are required.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
