Job Summary & Purpose

FAJ IT Solutions is looking for a skilled SEO Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in an onsite setting to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing our websites, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic through strategic SEO initiatives.

Interviews will be held at PWD Islamabad, Pakistan Pay: PKR 50,000 - Rs120,000 per month

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website's visibility and ranking.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site performance.
• Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies for domain authority growth.
• Monitor and analyze websites' performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.
• Track SEO performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

• 2-3 years of proven SEO experience in an onsite work environment.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures for SEO optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
